A 38-year-old Citroën in Ramsbottom. Not quite what it seems though. The van, or 'fourgonette' version of the 2CV went out of production in 1978 and was replaced by the Dyane-based Acadiane, which remained in production until the late 1980s. The rectangular rear lights, which I don't think the 2CV van ever carried, make me think this is a hybrid of an Acadiane rear and 2CV front. The position of the fuel filler and the lack of a rear bumper might, however, mean that it's a hybrid of a 1981 2CV and an old van body. What do you think?
